  • 1 carton of fresh milk
  • 2 cans of evaporated milk
  • A can of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of white sugar
  • A cup of brown sugar
  • 2 cartons of whipped cream or a regular cream if not available
  • Flavored powder (mango, strawberries, etc.) if you are not planning on using natural ingredients

Procedure:

  • In a mixer, combine all of the milk - fresh, evaporated, condensed - and bring over to low heat for the next 20 minutes. Heat only; do not boil it.
  • After 20 minutes, add the 2 cups of white sugar and the cup of brown sugar to the mixer and mix until the sugars have dissolved completely and has completely integrated to the milk.
  • Add the 2 cartons of whipped cream. If you have a regular cream, put it first in a mixer and whip it until you have achieved the perfect consistency and texture before adding to the milk mixture.
  • After that, you can now add the flavored powders or the fresh ingredients like a fresh mango fruit instead of a mango powder or puree or fresh chopped strawberries instead of a strawberry powder or a strawberry jam.
  • Let it cool first at room temperature before putting inside the freezer.
  • Leave it for the next 5 hours and then take it out to serve. Eat and enjoy the recipes.
